We recently subscribed B2B but fell short of our expectations. So we ended up opening a support ticket and B2B support engineers, Jonas and Nguyen Van Huan were promptly helped us to resolve the issues. Because of superb support services, we are now keeping the B2B as one of our critical app for our Shopify website. My team and I stay in constant contact with BSS support. It is above top notch. They not only fix your problem but reach out after a few days to see how things are going, test things, and implement specific solutions fast. I don't have enough good things to say about Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Hoa Xuan Duong, Vu Phi Hung and Jonas. Terrific team of people.

Very good app. Even better service from the app team! The app is a great tool to protect access to specific section of your store, such as pages, collections or products. It might require you to restructure your store a bit to get all the best benefits from the app, but the team offers great support to set this up. They will even do some code work for free to make sure everything works well with your custom template.

The app pretty much does what it is supposed to, but that is also kind of expected. What's not as expected is the amazing support interactions with Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh.

Whatever issue I found on the way they made sure to fix as fast as possible.
Sometimes it was a challenge being is widely different timezones while bouncing emails back and forth but the team always delivered.

I would recommended this to anyone.

This app is great! It has played a key role in preparing our website for wholesale distribution. It took only a few days to set up and it is so functional. I was having an issue with figuring out the setup, and after reaching out to customer service, less than a day later Jonas and his technical colleague Hoa Xuan Duong fixed this issue for me with a detailed explanation of what they did and how to maintain this function. Would definitely recommend this app for B2B companies looking for wholesale solutions.

Originally this app did not work with the Shopify 2.0 templates we wanted to update to but the support team lead by Emma C was super helpful and the techs (Minh Dang and Hoa Xuan Duong) quickly worked to fix the issue within 24 hours of contact. This fantastic team worked right up to the evening before the Tet celebrations which we appreciated as we also had a deadline, and they even modified the format especially for us too!
