Phenomenal customer service! Every time I ask for a little tweak to the existing customer view, they do it within 24-48 hours and ask great questions to ensure it will all work properly. They also make suggestions on what I've done to customize. Truly customer focused company. I am seeking out BSS apps for all my Shopify needs.

The B2B Lock app works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. It's ideal for anyone who needs to restrict access to the site or specific products, such as in a B2B e-commerce setup. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for those without technical skills. You can set restrictions and customize access in just a few clicks. A great solution to manage visibility simply and effectively!
The app integration, although initially bumpy, now runs so smoothly with our store all because the support team has been so on top of it. :) We couldn't be more pleased with the app and the support team's efficiency in responding to any inquiries or issues we may have.

Downloaded this app and after a few teething issues regarding the price block not showing on product variants, Jonas was quick to rectify the issue within minutes. Highly recommend these guys from a support perspective! They are very open to new features and fixes so am now convincing my boss that we need to keep this beyond the free trial! Very impressed.

Amazing app, I originally installed 4 different B2B apps to test, the features and support for BSS, B2B Pricing and Lock are by far the best available. Don't bother with other apps, just work with the BSS team and you won't regret it!
We've been using this app for a couple of years. Initially we used it to gate our wholesale site for non-logged-in users. Due to an internal decision, we decided to open it up but hide prices. We had an issue turning on 'Hide Prices' in the app and opened a ticket. Selina/Emma very friendly and the devs sorted the issue out the next day via a collaborator code.
