This app delivers what it promises. If hiding products from some customers is the case that you aim, go for this. If you wan't to hide some pages or collections etc..this is your app. App it self is easy to use and very clear (seen some really bad ones). Pricing is reasonable, and debends are you wanting all the functions.
We needed some support with some settings, and it was super fast and helpful. Jena (customer support) and Cao (dev) was realy helpful.

I never leave reviews but I really wanted to shine a light on this app, no shopify store should be without it! B2B have both been absolutely phenomenal with handling every single request that our team has made with very quick turnaround times, and not a single issue has been unsolvable.
The chat team and developers behind the scenes worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a working, aesthetic password page that matched the vision we had for our store, without compromising functionality or reliability. The extra details like being able to use multiple passwords will definitely be a feature that we utilize soon. We were very grateful that every custom request we made (custom fonts, custom page placements, custom colours etc) were all easily handled by Josephine Dao and Luan HV, Huan NV and we were kept informed every step of the way.
Overall we couldn’t be happier with the final result, and we’re very relieved and pleased to have found a suitable app for our needs, with a team that we feel confident will be on hand to handle any further requests if they’re needed. I use this app to passcode protect pages for my consultants. My consultants are able to log in and see products other site users cannot see. I love that you can protect a page, an individual product, or in my case both. It is absolutely a deal for the upgraded subscription price. I had some issues due to user error and the customer service was spot on and extremely patient.

We are very excited about this app so that we can add an extra dimension to our wholesale business! The tutorial was very helpful as well.

I have a B2B store, and I use this plugin to set restriction to the ordering form so that only clients with active wholesale account could login to check price and place order. It works pretty well, and easy to use. This week I changed my website domain and encountered a little problem with the app. Thanks for the assistance from Jonas Nguyen and the tech guy Dang NM , they got this issue solved within only one hour. I found this app via Shopify Customer Service who recommended it for my particular situation for which it has been a great fit. We are a small gourmet cheese shop that also has a catering arm to our business supplying unwrap and serve party platters that are made to order. We are lucky to also be partnered with some local businesses who order the platters and I needed them to see some offerings that I am not able to offer to the public. This app allows them to log in and only they now see those offerings. And Jennie was super helpful in getting me set up and then troubleshooting some of the issues I was having initially. I very much appreciated her prompt responses and thorough explanations.

My one issue with the app is that I personally found the verbiage within the app to be unintuitive and a bit confusing at times. I also was unable to find a good detailed explanation of various functions which was frustrating as I tried to figure out what various rules and such accomplished. So improving the tutorials and instructions within the app itself would be helpful, in my opinion.

But I am still very happy with the app's performance and the great customer service I received from Jennie and would therefore definitely recommend it.
