B: B2B Lock Password Protect

Excellent customer service that give us a lot of advice for wholesale using Shopify platform. Their tech support is very quick and friendly.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and woudl recomend them for any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.

We use this app to protect our online manuals and it works great! We needed some design changed and Jonas from the support team and Hoang Van Tien and Nguyen Van Huan (technical team) were very quick to respond and resolved all my queries perfectly. Very happy so would absolutely recommend!

The app offers a lot of functionality at a competitive price.
I had some issues with hiding prices but send an email to support and Jena Nguyen and her team fixed the problem overnight. Very good service!

We recently subscribed B2B but fell short of our expectations. So we ended up opening a support ticket and B2B support engineers, Jonas and Nguyen Van Huan were promptly helped us to resolve the issues. My team and I stay in constant contact with BSS support. It is above top notch. They not only fix your problem but reach out after a few days to see how things are going, test things, and implement specific solutions fast. Very good app. Even better service from the app team! The app is a great tool to protect access to specific section of your store, such as pages, collections or products. It might require you to restructure your store a bit to get all the best benefits from the app, but the team offers great support to set this up. They will even do some code work for free to make sure everything works well with your custom template.

The app pretty much does what it is supposed to, but that is also kind of expected. What's not as expected is the amazing support interactions with Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh.

Whatever issue I found on the way they made sure to fix as fast as possible.
Sometimes it was a challenge being is widely different timezones while bouncing emails back and forth but the team always delivered.

I would recommended this to anyone.
