5 starts for all the B2B apps by BSS Commerce. It is exactly what I was looking for to facilitate the distributors and wholesale customers. The B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price was easy to set up, and if i run into any issues - BSS Commerce Team is always there to help! I want to highlight Emma who has helped us through the setup of several apps from BSS Commerce

The app offers a lot of functionality at a competitive price.
I had some issues with hiding prices but send an email to support and Jena Nguyen and her team fixed the problem overnight. Very good service!

My team and I stay in constant contact with BSS support. It is above top notch. They not only fix your problem but reach out after a few days to see how things are going, test things, and implement specific solutions fast. I don't have enough good things to say about Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Hoa Xuan Duong, Vu Phi Hung and Jonas. Terrific team of people.

At first, I wasn't sure which to upgrade to and spoke with Stephanie (Steph) and she helped me with figuring which one I needed and walked me through with using the app step by step. Thank you for the help! Now my members and VIP members can use my shop with ease.

B2B Lock has been a great addition to our Shopify store and has allowed us to create a unique experience for our wholesale customers. The support team has been fantastic. Joy and Cao Xuan Cuong went above and beyond to identify/update a conflicting piece of liquid code that we created, that allowed our site to run the app properly.

This app is great! It has played a key role in preparing our website for wholesale distribution. It took only a few days to set up and it is so functional. I was having an issue with figuring out the setup, and after reaching out to customer service, less than a day later Jonas and his technical colleague Hoa Xuan Duong fixed this issue for me with a detailed explanation of what they did and how to maintain this function. Would definitely recommend this app for B2B companies looking for wholesale solutions.

Originally this app did not work with the Shopify 2.0 templates we wanted to update to but the support team lead by Emma C was super helpful and the techs (Minh Dang and Hoa Xuan Duong) quickly worked to fix the issue within 24 hours of contact. This fantastic team worked right up to the evening before the Tet celebrations which we appreciated as we also had a deadline, and they even modified the format especially for us too! Would give 6 stars if possible. Thank you team for your fantastic support. Highly recommended app and customer support.
