B: B2B Lock Password Protect

Emma and Nguyen Van Dong have been fantastic supporting the app to make it right for our site, very quick and proficient with the help they have given. The app works well in combination with other BSS apps to provide a B2B Shopify solution .

I found BSS Commerce on the Shopify app store and I’ve been thrilled with their level of support so far. Each night I send over questions and requirements and they do their best to accommodate me as soon as they can.

My site is a wholesale site and we need to block pricing from our competitors and only show them to approved customers. This meant that I needed to find a solution on the Shopify App store that would accommodate these requirements. I’m new to Shopify and Emma along with her developers Hoang and Nguyen have been able to get me everything I need to help my customers navigate my new site.

I needed some tweeks for our theme, I made request and I just seat back. They done it so quickly that I was impressed with their speed support. The other two apps i have used to hide pricing and login have literally crashed my website. This program has been flawless and I would recommend to anyone. This app works perfectly for our store needs, it is perfect for businesses with complex contracts/restrictions. we had an issue where when switching over to a new 2.0 theme the app wasnt working correctly. But the customer service is 10/10 and they quickly went in and fixed the issue, very good team behind this app. Special thanks to Emma, who provided fantastic customer support and their developer Madu who spent hours making the app work with our theme!

So, I must say that the app delivers on its promises. We used it to create customer categories that can view specific products. During the testing phase, everything worked fine. However, when we wanted to start using it, we encountered some problems because of our wrong setting. Therefore, we contacted the support team, and within 1 minute, we received a response from a super nice lady who promptly forwarded our problem to the developer. The developer fixed our problem in less than 1 hour. I can only give this app 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Would be cool to have a new feature like to hide some Variants of a Product.

We have a very common issue with Shopify not able to hide prices for our different customer list and this app was so easy to use and configure, they even help me customise some CSS that I am not very familiar with. Totally recommend to save time and money in coding the theme
