OMG Emma and the team were awesome in helping me setup the 3 apps that worked together to bring the settings that i needed to the webpage. Not only did Emma help with the app settings but also helped with shopify settings in regards to how they interacted with the app. I recommend these apps to anyone who needs custom B2B solutions so that their customers interactions can work in a specific way. The customer service is so amazing they spend a lot of hours and back and forward emails in order to get everything right. I highly recommend these apps.
The features on this app are awesome, they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose, I needed custom features for my new website and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. I was greatly helped by Emma and the technician (Nguyen Tien Hau) who communicated in an excellent manner, they understood what I needed and with minimal explanantion they fixed my issues. I tried to download other B2B apps prior to finding these and they had useless features that made using them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

Their level of expertise and knowledge of the app was fantastic, and they were able to help me troubleshoot and resolve any issues that I encountered which made us as an app user feel valued and looked after, and confident if there were ever any issues in future that we could reach out for help. 5 stars for the app and 5 starts for Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan - my first time setting up a webshop and it's for a wholesale company, needed to create a way in which customer's can't just see the pricing - they need to register first. Super easy to set up and implement on the store, free plan available unlike if you want the same feature from shopify direct.

I had an issue with there being a "create account" part, which gave access straight away - I contacted BSS Commerce and Joy came back to me so quickly, in less than a day the problem was resolved by Joy and the developer Nguyen Van Huan and there is no longer a "create account" option - thank you so much Joy and Nguyen for all of your support, look forward to working with you guys longterm :)

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other. Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! So, I must say that the app delivers on its promises. We used it to create customer categories that can view specific products. During the testing phase, everything worked fine. However, when we wanted to start using it, we encountered some problems because of our wrong setting. Therefore, we contacted the support team, and within 1 minute, we received a response from a super nice lady who promptly forwarded our problem to the developer. The developer fixed our problem in less than 1 hour. I can only give this app 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

I have installed the B2B Login and B2B Wholesale Solution app from BSS, and now I'm testing out the features and have some reviews about the app. The app are good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly.
B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specifics content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow which customers can access the page by a few steps of simple setting. I'm using the Force Login rule to make sure my B2B customers can get good price for themselve and therefore I can control my B2B website too.
I contacted the support team represented by June Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. They have a good team with great technical skill.
June kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The team has gone with me from the first day I use the app and until we launched the store. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app.
