Logistified Inventory Planning

We had been using Stocky for purchase orders, forecasting, and reporting since moving to Shopify three years ago. When we found out Shopify was sunsetting Stocky, we were devastated—until we found Logistified. After our first call with Nicola, we immediately felt a sense of relief and knew Logistified was going to be a great replacement for Stocky.

We’ve now been using Logistified for about a month and a half, and we can firmly say that this is a BIG UPGRADE from Stocky.

The Purchase Order functionality is excellent and offers a ton of flexibility. We can create custom views based on exactly what our team needs, scan products to add them directly to a PO, scan products when receiving inventory, and even print labels directly from the PO. Overall, the PO functionality is a significant upgrade from what we had with Stocky.

The forecasting functionality feels familiar coming from Stocky, but Logistified offers far more customization. We can add products to a PO directly from a forecasting report or have a PO automatically populated based on a forecast view. The ability to customize these workflows around the way our business actually operates has been extremely valuable.

Reporting is also incredibly extensive, with a wide range of options for creating custom reports and views. Being able to save reports tailored specifically to the needs of different members of our staff makes it even more useful.

Finally, one of the most impressive—and most critical—aspects of Logistified is the man behind the software, Nicola. He is EXTREMELY responsive to questions, feedback, and enhancement requests. Over our three years on Shopify, we’ve learned that one of the most important factors when choosing an app is the quality of the development team behind it. Logistified’s dev team is among the best we’ve come across.

If you’re moving away from Stocky and are worried about finding a replacement, we highly recommend giving Logistified a look. For us, it hasn’t just replaced Stocky—it has been a major upgrade.

Between the depth of features and the quality of support, Logistified has quickly become the most valuable apps in our Shopify stack. Highly recommend it to any merchant looking to level up their inventory operations.

Logistified is a powerful platform that does a better job than Stocky at creating forecasts and auto-sending POs.
