Fast, easy to use. I was having a little trouble initially as im a beginner but Theo sorted it all out . explained it simply so i knew exactly what i had to do.

Had an issue removing the logo showcase from the banner but was assisted by Mateo who was actually a real person not a bot! Mateo was extremely helpful super fast response time and solved my issue within minutes.. Highly recommended with a great 5 star service keep up the great work Mateo!

The service was absolutely great. Theo was friendly; he let me know what was going on and where we were in the process, He was personable, genuinely interested and fully engaged in the conversation. He was very thorough in explaining what and how to use the app, and he even told me what to do if I ran into some scenarios that, had he not mentioned them, I would not have been the wiser about unless they occurred while I was using the app. So now that I am aware ahead of time of the possibility of an issue and how to overcome it simply and quickly, my productivity won't be affected. My time is very important to me, so receiving that little bit of information during a time of unavoidable downtime is already is very much appreciated. Thanks again, Theo.

I've had minor tech issues twice for which I needed customer support. Each time I was quite surprised that the founder of the company responded to my inquiry! Leo quickly resolved each of my issues and was very responsive.
