I just decided to set this up - had a couple of questions and Leo responded immediately and was super helpful. I haven't finished setting it up but I know if I have any more questions I will not have trouble getting the info I need. Great customer service is so rare these days it is a breath of fresh air to find a company / person that gets it.

I've had minor tech issues twice for which I needed customer support. Each time I was quite surprised that the founder of the company responded to my inquiry! Leo quickly resolved each of my issues and was very responsive.
