I've had minor tech issues twice for which I needed customer support. Each time I was quite surprised that the founder of the company responded to my inquiry! Leo quickly resolved each of my issues and was very responsive.

I appreciate how easy the logo banner was to add to my Shopify site and how professional it looks.

I just decided to set this up - had a couple of questions and Leo responded immediately and was super helpful. I haven't finished setting it up but I know if I have any more questions I will not have trouble getting the info I need. Great customer service is so rare these days it is a breath of fresh air to find a company / person that gets it.

The maker of this app is one of the nicest people I've met - he removed the branding of the app without any fuss. Aside from that, the banner I think works very well for the look of our site. Minimal, unintrusive, and does what it's meant to do. I will look into purchasing in the future!

Theo is very kind and helpful; some may not like how he asks how your days going, but at least their support -also literally offers you support lol

Good app, love the free features. Leo is an amazing guy, I ran into a few issues but he sorted them out vis live chat in minutes.

Had an issue removing the logo showcase from the banner but was assisted by Mateo who was actually a real person not a bot! Mateo was extremely helpful super fast response time and solved my issue within minutes.. Highly recommended with a great 5 star service keep up the great work Mateo!
