I've had minor tech issues twice for which I needed customer support. Each time I was quite surprised that the founder of the company responded to my inquiry! Leo quickly resolved each of my issues and was very responsive.

I just decided to set this up - had a couple of questions and Leo responded immediately and was super helpful.
