I had this app added to my store, and the features are beyond incredible so far! The customer service is just impeccable. Mariadel assisted me with the app's setup, and she was great! Mariadel went above and beyond to make sure Loloyal can meet the needs of my brand consumers!! Highly Recommend.

Been working for around an hour. My store & customers are in spanish based country, so i had to manually check the translation. After fixing minor mistakes that make some phrases out of context im ready to keep adjusting points & rewards. Support its fast & accurate, took around 5 minutes to get an aswer from real person. I will update the review at end of 7 days demo. We currently have around 1,000 daily users in our website so im excited to see how Loloyal Works :)

GREAT APP. LOVE TO USE MORE TO LOYALTY PROGRAMS. BUT IT CAN REDUCE THE PRICES TO UPGRDE, LOOKS TOO EXPENSIVE.
