Great points program, very helpful for the POS system, pretty much does all I need, easy to see the remaining points on the screen which is really important for us, and one tap to redeem rewards.

The customer service is also great, helpful and patient. The technical team also improved few features based on my feedbacks, thanks a lot.

After trialing almost all the Loyalty apps on Shopify marketplace, Loloyal was the one that stood out for the best value to features ratio. Another great plus is their 24/7 live chat. A huge shout out to the support team including Mariadel, Kim & Sophie who are very quick & responsive in forwarding on issues to the Loloyal developers! Highly recommended loyalty app.
