I have only used Loloyal for a short period of time, but so far, it has been excellent. So easy to set up, with many options available to help customer retention. I had a small query which was answered promptly and efficiently by Mariadel on their live chat. Very pleased :)

Excellent app, still setting up but not hard to tell it will play a big part on my online store. Customer service is great and all is well. Full package ( app + service )

I used this app to set up Loyalty Reward program. Chat support was phenomenal. Highly recommend this app.

Mariadel is super nice! I just DLed the app based on the many 5 star reviews. I rated 5 stars solely based on customer service & the quick run through I just did. Looking forward to the integrations that are supposed to be coming soon. Will update after a few months of use.
