really a great app for customer retention. FREE plan is also have a satisfied function. And customer service is not AI ,it is real and quick response ,.I have got a full answer to solve my problem. RECOMMED THIS APP

The app is easy to use and the customer support is amazing!! We needed help uploading customer loyalty points and the customer support people immediately solved the issues! Highly recommended!

Setting up Loloyal was easy to accomplish. When I contacted support to inquire about new features I received timely and accurate information. The representative was extremely helpful.

Great! The functions are very complete and everything is included. The free plan has all the basic functions and is completely suitable for novice store owners. The cost of the paid plan is basically positively correlated with the store's income, so it won't feel too heavy a burden.
