Support is perfect - fast answers with screenshots to better understand options to fix problems. App is easy to use and can be edited/customized for my needs. Definitely suggest. So far I have tried reward program. Next I will use VIP program and test it out.

Although we've been using this app only for a little while as we're still at the very beginning of starting up a new business, so far even the free features of this app are enough for us to do almost everything we want for our customers online and they work well within Shopify. The customer service (via online chat) was also super helpful and replied very promptly to my super long question haha. Would 100% recommend this app :)

I am still researching the app but so far it is a nice app, with nice features that help me grow my business. Nice customer service that is very helpful and willing to think along.
