Amazing! Just the customer service alone is 5 stars, and the app is wonderful and lovely! I dealt with Mariadel who went above and beyond in getting me to migrate my customers and their points from a previous app I was using. As a solo business owner, the extra help she gave was precious and saved me so much time and headache. The app was up and functioning straight away on my website, that part couldn't have been easier, and it looks so nice as well! Totally recommend this app!!!

I tried 3 other rewards apps but none of them worked well. This one was perfect, and the customer service is amazing! I am so happy with the results, and I would recommend this app to any Shopify store looking for a great rewards program.

Loloyal has been so easy to set up, and it was easy to import customer points from our previous loyalty app. The support team answered my questions quickly and clearly. Couldn't have been easier.
