Customer service was fast and extremely help. I was very pleased that my issue was dealt with in a timely manner. I haven't had much chance to use the app yet, but it looks promising and good especially since its free.
This program is very easy to use, concise, and helps me solve my problems to a great extent! The reply is very fast and effective, highly recommended!
when download loading the app I was having issues reached out to the live agent and was guided until the setup was completed !

J'ai utilisé cette application pour proposer un programme de fidélité à ma clientèle. Je la recommande vivement car très complète. Elle permet de gagner des points et de proposer des réductions mais également de faire des parrainages et des actions sur les réseaux.
Le service chat est très réactif, je suis plus que satisfaite.

Great customer service and lots of features. Still testing but so far, so good! I tried another app before and this one is superior in every way.
