Support is rapid but I haven't started yet. I chose this program because it's free and works with Judge.me. I look forward to the cooperation. This enables me to use such a great program with a small shop (little turnover).

Support ist rasant, ich habe damit aber noch nicht begonnen. Ich habe mich für dieses Programm entschieden, weil es kostenlos ist und mit Judge.me zusammen arbeitet. Ich freue mich auf die Zusammenarbeit. Dies ermöglicht mir, mit einem kleinen Shop (wenig Umsatz) so ein tolles Programm zu nutzen.

The range of things that can be done is very broad and more than sufficient.
Points can be awarded for birthdays and memberships, and there are many ways to redeem points.
There seems to be no expiration date for regular points, but I didn't think that was a problem.
It means customers are making purchases for them.
Also you can set up limited time point increases, limited time points, etc.

What I would like to see improved
If possible, it would be nice if coupon codes could be entered automatically instead of being copied by the customer.
Also, there are a lot of places where the explanation is not quite clear enough, and it would be unfriendly if the store did not enter additional explanations.
Once it is set up first, the rest is fine, but I thought it would be confusing for customers if it is left as the default.
I also thought it would be nice if the size of the icons could be changed.

But all in all, I thought it was a pretty good app if the stores could take care of the details when setting it up.

The support speed is fantastic and very helpful. Multi-lingual interface is pretty good, and the design looks sleek and clean.
