Great points program, very helpful for the POS system, pretty much does all I need, easy to see the remaining points on the screen which is really important for us, and one tap to redeem rewards.

The customer service is also great, helpful and patient. The technical team also improved few features based on my feedbacks, thanks a lot.

Really cool feature set and great customer service. I use Subify subscriptions and would like to see an integration feature with them to award additional rewards points for those who are on subscription plans, but I can work around this in the mean time :).

1/6/24 update - I switched to Seal Subscriptions and it works great with Loloyal Loyalty.

Great support in terms of timing, knowledge, kindness. Mariadel was amazing solving all my questions and by providing advise with the widget theme.
