Great experience. Had problem of setting the widget on a new page, tried the chatbox and got help immediately. Purvi was so patient and professional that she solved my problem in 5 minutes

いつも細かく丁寧に教えてくださいます。日本語に翻訳して使っていますが、ところどころ不自然な日本語なため意味がわからないところがあります。こちら少し調節して欲しいです。

お客様へのポイントのリマインドメールですが、現在は30日前と3日前です。
経験上お客様へリマインドメールを送るタイミングで一番効率がいいのは、7日前、3日前、当日の3回です。
こちらアップデートしてもらえると大変助かります。

In the process of moving over to LoLoyal from another loyalty program, loving it so far. Setup has been smooth and aesthetic, and the help from the customer service team (in particular Sherm) has been amazing.
