Au moindre problème, sa solution ! J'aime beaucoup cette application qui me permet de créer un programme de fidélité. Aujourd'hui j'ai vu qu'il y avait un problème avec la traduction française qui n'était pas parfaite, je leur ai écrit, ils sont très à l'écoute et vont la rectifier. Cette équipe est au top, ils répondent vite et font tout pour nous satisfaire.

I have only used Loloyal for a short period of time, but so far, it has been excellent. So easy to set up, with many options available to help customer retention. I had a small query which was answered promptly and efficiently by Mariadel on their live chat. Very pleased :)

Excellent app, still setting up but not hard to tell it will play a big part on my online store. Customer service is great and all is well. Full package ( app + service )
