God forbids you need actual assistance. Their live-chat agents are essentially useless and if you have any questions they hand you a link to book a call that's 5 days ahead. Their live-chat response rate is so slow its diabolical. We started realizing we need to migrate out from them to some other platform, perhaps YOTPO or something. This is insane.
The response is very quick, so even people who are not familiar with it can feel at ease using this app.
