Update: Having difficulties with the app. Recently it was completely down. Support used to be super responsive, but now they are practically unreachable. They don't react to any messages. The problems I am facing remain unresolved and my questions unanswered. Currently I can't recommend this app.

Original Review: Super intuitive, got my first product test set up in minutes. A/B testing can be so simple and if you're not already doing it, you're leaving money on the table.
Support is super responsive, quick to fix little bugs and always open to suggestions. Already love it now, but excited to see what the future holds!

I would give 0 stars if it would be possible. Unfortunately, the app simply doesn't work and has lots of bugs (at least for the content A/B test, I didn't try anything else so I won't comment on other types of tests - perhaps they work very well). What are my issues with Lomio? My test versions were not saving at all. Even if some changes were saved, in another product page my saved changes were disappearing. On top of that when I thought that everything is working - I realized that what I see in the app is not what customers see. I am using hotjar to review customers' behaviour and the text from one page was on the other page (I double checked it in Lomio and it doesn't look like this). On top of everything, customer support didn't respond to my messages in 5 days - so at this point, I cannot give any other review than 1star. It is such a shame, the tool looks great and it could be extremely useful but all those bugs and issues are unacceptable.
