The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.
Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review.
To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there.

This app made it easy to make a look book to visualise our brand to the fullest. It's super easy to set up. They even wrote custom code to get the app displayed just the way we needed. Thank you for the great job!
The aesthetic of the LookBook is exactly what I was searching for in designing a jewelry ecommerce site and I'm so happy with how it turned out! It was super easy to upload new products and customize the colors. The support staff was amazingly helpful in helping me set up a pop-up view horizontal slideshow. Beautiful app took 5 minutes to install and get working, but where the app really stand out is the excellent customer support. Needed some assistance with custom coding they went over and above to make it even better than I thought. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
