We built three agents - Orders Agent, Operational agent, and Sales Agent - and setup was straightforward (define triggers/guardrails, connect Shopify + email). Since then it’s been handling ~80% of repetitive tickets like WISMO, address fixes, and simple cancellations via the Orders/Operational agents, while the Sales Agent drives product recommendations and seize upsell opportunities. Handoff to our team on complex cases are also clean. Being able to create our own agents for new workflows has been the biggest win in my opinion. Support was responsive (they resolved one instruction nuance the same hour). Overall, it's a solid product.
