It is a very good possibility to optimize your email-support :) You get a lot of informations and help from the team

We started to use lookfor’s multi-agent setup about a month ago. We built three agents - Orders Agent, Operational agent, and Sales Agent - and setup was straightforward (define triggers/guardrails, connect Shopify + email). Since then it’s been handling ~80% of repetitive tickets like WISMO, address fixes, and simple cancellations via the Orders/Operational agents, while the Sales Agent drives product recommendations and seize upsell opportunities. Handoff to our team on complex cases are also clean. Being able to create our own agents for new workflows has been the biggest win in my opinion. Support was responsive (they resolved one instruction nuance the same hour). Overall, it's a solid product.

A Genuine Game Changer!
Lookfor is one of those rare products that instantly feels like the future. From the moment we installed it, the onboarding was unbelievably fast - we were up and running with takign over email ticket support within days - and there were a bunch of integrations and rules we wanted to be included. The team behind it is impressive: responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested. Every message, every suggestion, gets met with thoughtful action and quick turnaround that goes beyond what we thought was going to be a solution. It’s rare to see that kind of partnership from a tech provider.
Within two weeks, the system was handling close to 90% of our support tickets - not just simple queries, but complex, context-heavy ones too. Average resolution times dropped from hours (sometimes overnight) to just a few minutes, and accuracy actually improved. The AI understands tone, nuance, and history better than expected, and our customers are noticing.
At first, the price gave me pause, but that hesitation disappeared quickly. The time savings alone made it worthwhile, but it’s gone far beyond that; we’re seeing measurable boosts in retention, saved sales, and even upsells driven directly through conversations.

I have no doubt that shopping and support experiences for consumers buying DTC is going to get better and better with this sort of technology becoming available. I hate most vendor's AI support bots because it seems to deliver canned responses to me (or version of them) - this mimics really considered and investigated solutions and I can see the joy our customers are getting from interactions.

It is a little inconvenient that the contact us button overlaps the button to open and close the customer info side bar, so now I am not able to open it. I would suggest putting the contact us button in the settings side bar. The app and product itself is very impressive. It is clear AI is coming a long way

Great app! Customer service is special, they even setup the app for me with optimized prompts since well I am not an expert!
So far the best AI Chatbot app I have found. The chat experience is very smooth, as it could carefully recommend products to customers, in the tone and ways that we want. We saved a lot of effort in pre-sales customer support with this Lookfor and make it more humane.
We added the Lookfor.ai chatbot to bikesattel.at a few months ago, and the difference is night and day. Now shoppers can fire off questions about a products, check where their order is, or double-check our T&Cs and they get an answer in seconds, any time of day. Because the bot handles that routine stuff, our support crew finally has breathing room to tackle the tricky tickets.
The magic isn’t just the tech, it’s the people behind it. The Lookfor.ai team actually listens. If we spot something that could work better, they jump on it and push an update. Since launch we’ve seen way fewer copy-paste questions, happier customers, and fewer late-night Slack pings.
Long story short: Lookfor.ai has become one of our favorite tools. It keeps the shop running smoothly and gives our customers the quick help they expect.
