We stated an issue with return labels. They looked into it and responded right away explaining the issue (on the courier's side, not Loop) and made sure that everything was all good to go again quickly.
Loop has transformed our business with a self-service platform where customers can create and ship back their returns & exchanges with ease. The implementation is simple, and the set-up is intuitive.
The Support team is exceptional. No question is too big or too small, and the response time is excellent. They go above and beyond pointing me to a self-help article, and actually dig in and help come up with solutions to questions.
Highly recommend Loop!
Return processing has become super manageable for us. Loop Returns is a great app to streamline your returns, and their support is also very helpful.
Emma was very polite and responsive. She helped very quickly and provided a solution we were looking for.
Takes the guess work out of returns/exchanges. The process is almost fully auto-mated for us at this point thanks to Loop. And when we have questions or need guidance, their customer success agents are incredibly helpful (shout out to Ninthuga for walking me through some trouble shooting!).
Loop Returns has made returns and exchanges incredibly simple for both our customers and our team. I also want to specifically recognize Rece from their support team — he was fantastic to work with. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in getting everything resolved efficiently.
Overall, Loop Returns has been a great addition to our company, and knowing their support team is this reliable makes it even better. Highly recommend!
This has been the worst onboarding experience I've ever had. The customer service/technical support is nonexistent and you will run into countless issues left unresolved for months.
They provide no technical support at all. Absolutely RUN! I'm trying to get out of it as soon as I can and probably will try Swap Commerce.
Rece was exceptional in giving me a solution to pull data into a report. I did give feedback stating it would be nice to have a more specific report and one was created for us in the shared folder. It will be a tool that will save our team a lot of time. Thank you for the wonderful support and assisting in finding a solution to our specific needs.
We’ve been using Loop for over a year now and it has truly transformed our returns experience. By integrating it with Shopify and Brightpearl, we’ve been able to automate and streamline our processes, taking the work out of managing returns for our team. We particularly value the vast array of new features Loop consistently launches; they allow us to stay ahead of evolving customer expectations.
Loop is the default when it comes to RMA platforms to integrate with Shopify. The Loop support team is super responsive and equal parts "systems tutor" and "troubleshoot support". Always quick on the reply and takes constructive feedback very well. They are constantly implementing global solutions as these softwares continue to evolve rapidly.
Every one in a while the platform and its comms are confusing for our customers/team. But every time we've reached out for clarity, the Loop team has been very helpful.
