Loop Returns & Exchanges

Loop has helped make returns processing fairly seamless for our customer service team. Our account manager is responsive and helps keep us up to date on the Loop product roadmap and new features that may be of interest.

We are going on our fourth year of using Loop! Loop is constantly adding new functionality that adds value to our customers and team and we are thrilled to have them as a partner.

We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary.

We love LOOP. Their support system is A+, wonderful team to communicate with. They are able to handle returns for our multiple different warehouses with no issue, and have simplified our return process fully.

It was an easy initial set up and very low maintenance upkeep. Our Merchant Success Manager, Jackie, is amazing. Jackie is friendly, helpful, and gets to the bottom of any questions we ask. The ability to offer our customers a bonus credit towards a new order or their Store Credit refund, has been a game changer. Our partnership has been great!
