We didn’t even get the chance to become Loop’s customer or fully test their system. After a phone meeting with one of their sales reps, we were promised a demo first thing Monday morning. However, two weeks passed with no word from them, and we had to reach out ourselves to get things moving again. When we finally received the demo, it was extremely limited, allowing us to test only a few functions.
Despite clearly communicating multiple times that we needed access to all features for a proper evaluation, we were denied this access. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we were told it would be possible.
After dealing with their inattentive and dismissive customer service, we were eventually ghosted by their support. In the end, it became clear that Loop wasn’t interested in having us as a customer, despite our clear interest in their highest-tier plan.
After wasting so much of our time, we decided it wasn’t worth pursuing them further. Their repeated lack of interest and poor engagement convinced us to look elsewhere.

After they assisted me to install the app I haven't been able to reach anyone to integrate it on to my site. What good is it if no one assists in letting the customer know its there to use? I filled out the contact us form twice but no one has reached out. Help!

If you want a company who puts you in a "contract" that they claim auto renews and that they refuse to allow to get you out of unless you pay the remaining year when you have already used them for 2 years. Choose this app. For the headache in dealing with their billing, trying to cancel the app and get away from them- you might as well just hire or handle your own returns. It is more of a headache to deal with them and they don't care about their clients or if you have been a client of them for a year or more they treat you like shit when you try to leave or make changes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If I would have known it was going to be like this- I would have never paid them $1 or signed up with them... I am so upset that I have supported them and this app for two years and they treat their clients like this!

Waiting days to get unhelpful response.
They are priced well over similar solutions so you'd expect to get at least decent service...
Apart from service -
1. solution itself not very different from other RMAs
2. set up was quite difficult with no onboarding support.
3. Draconian pricing model - you get "punished" for exceeding your limit ending up paying extremely high charges.

They tried to book a demo instead of just letting me download the most basic plan. I didn't get that far (deleted the app right away), but other people are saying they'll try to make you sign up for a 12 month contract. Either way, my review is here because that's really misleading bait and switch marketing if the contract is not advertised up front.

DO NOT USE THEM! We were with them for two years. They lock you into a year contract. You have to estimate how many returns and exchanges you'll have during the year. If you exceed your limit, you have to pay them $3 per return / exchange you go over. If your company grows, so will your returns, which means Loop will cost you more money. They're a bad option for both small and large companies.
After the first year, they were going to charge us around $13,000 unless we renewed our contract with them. We had to pay them around $9,500 at the end of our second year contract for going over because we grew faster than expected.
Competitors are getting better and they're way cheaper. Plus most competitors don't lock you into annual contracts. It is well worth the time doing some demos with other companies and accessing their overall value. Unless Loop adjusts their contractual and pricing structure, I don't see how they can be competitive.
Also, when there were glitches in their software, their customer support was awful. My advice is save your money and shop around because there are definitely better options.

Regarding our fees, we are focused on helping our merchants stay on top of any overages and help with accurate returns forecasting. We would be happy to discuss this more if you choose to ever come back to Loop.
Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions.
We have been really unhappy with this app. We have zero support. When you send a support ticket, it may take days for them to get back to you, if they get back to you at all. They will not call you or schedule a meeting if there is an issue, so instead, it becomes days' worth of emails back and forth and a waste of valuable time. We find it glitchy and not user-friendly and not worth the money.

We have been using Loop for 6 months and have found it challenging to work with. It becomes expensive to achieve the functionality required to be effective. Doesn't work with international returns, even the ones it should work with. Easypost and loop support won't solve your problem but will keep you locked in for 12 months of pain and excess customer service trying to work around the issues.

Save your time and money and get anything else. The experience quickly went downhill once they sign you up. Customer service disappears and you're stuck with a 12 month contract for something that doesn't fully function as promised and no one to help you!
