We are going on our fourth year of using Loop! Loop is constantly adding new functionality that adds value to our customers and team and we are thrilled to have them as a partner.

We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary.

Our rep, Ben, is helpful, responsive, and hands-on where assistance or help is needed. Any time we've reached out to their support team, they are friendly and provide updates and resolutions where necessary.

We love LOOP. Their support system is A+, wonderful team to communicate with. They are able to handle returns for our multiple different warehouses with no issue, and have simplified our return process fully.

They explained things thoroughly, sent links to support docs, and checked my specific site to make sure things were in good shape. The ability to offer our customers a bonus credit towards a new order or their Store Credit refund, has been a game changer. Our partnership has been great!

Best-in-class returns solution for Shopify stores. A little bit pricey but worth it if you're serious about optimising customer experience!
