I had a meeting with lindsey and she was extremely helpful! she walked me through all the things i needed to know and was an absolute delight to work with. This company is the real deal and they really care about their customers.

Working with Loop has been one of the most seamless experiences. They have the most innovative and advanced return portal for our customers, and the ever-changing demands and requests of returns. There customer support team is fully-responsive, and always finds a solution, even in the most difficult of cases. They literally take care of everything, and they are the only return portal we recommend :)

I truly appreciate their dedication and the smooth support they provided during this critical time.

Loop Returns helps us streamline our returns and exchanges at the customer level and internally. Of course, not one app is perfect and there is a learning curve in the integration and usage of the app. The Loop Returns team, however, helped tremendously and continues in doing so in answering any questions in this regard.

Being in retail, we all know that excellent customer service is priority. The problem, of course, is when other companies do not share this same mentality. Such is not the the case with Loop Returns!
