After they assisted me to install the app I haven't been able to reach anyone to integrate it on to my site. What good is it if no one assists in letting the customer know its there to use? I filled out the contact us form twice but no one has reached out. Help!

I will have to cancel if no one responds.

Great customer service when we needed it. I want to give a special shoutout to Rece G for the great work!

Loop has been great for us. We've fully automated our returns process which is a win-win for our support team and our customers. Every month, we review the Return Reasons reports to see how we can improve our products, website, and marketing.

Loop has been a great partner. They've provided a self-service tool for our customers that simplifies returns for them. At the same time, giving us critical customization options we need for branding, policy exceptions, and even a warranty option.

Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.

Loop helped us simplify our exchange process. We love how well it integrates with Shopify and our helpdesk. The ability to customize return rules has been very helpful. Support is quick to assist and responsive to feedback. All of their agents are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Ninthuga in particular has helped us to track down several issues.

Helpful app for providing a ton of options for your customers to return and exchange. The team has consistently developed a ton of new features in our time using the app.

Loop is fantastic! It has all the features we want and some that we didn't even know we needed! The Workflow feature helped us become way more efficient. Definitely worth the price of the app.

Loop has been a great addition to help streamline our return process and offload an extra task from our customer service team. Wendy and her team has been helpful is fixing random issues we've noticed over time as well as custom workflows to optimize further.
