Loop has been great for us. We've fully automated our returns process which is a win-win for our support team and our customers. Every month, we review the Return Reasons reports to see how we can improve our products, website, and marketing.

Very easy platform to navigate with helpful insights. Automates the return/exchange process which frees up time for our team to better help customers with other issues. Responsive and thoughtful assistance when called upon as well!

I can't say enough positive things about the Loop Return platform, it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, has several pre-built 3rd party integrations, and importantly enough the user experience of the platform is super simple for our entire CX team. Beyond the platform itself, the team at Loop is top-notch! Everyone we've encountered and worked with has been amazing and super helpful. Our account team at Loop always goes the distance (and sometimes beyond!) for us and they are always ready and more than willing to jump into and understand the details of our business processes to ensure that our customers are always having the best possible return experience every step of the way! We consider the Loop team as a true extension of our team here at Princess Polly.

Loop is a great product, but their support team is also really responsive and what makes Loop my favorite partner. They're the best support team of any vendor I work with. Such a relief to know the Loop team will always reply with the right answer and usually within just a few hours. It's a bummer I never seem to catch them on live chat but they always answer my question in the first email reply so there's never back and forth.

Loop provides a dynamic return portal to meet the needs of our customers. I can set up precise return policies to resolve most customer needs through automation.

While some features we'd like are missing (mainly POS returns and POS is muddled in some reporting), they are reactive to features we need. No app will be perfect from the get-go, especially when you add in custom setups, POS, unique product setups, etc. We've been involved in a few Beta tests with them for features we've asked for which is amazing. We're currently struggling with more returns than exchanges but it's reduced the load on our CS team which is a win in itself.

We have been using Loop for a few years now. Although the product has proved great for our team, customers and company- what makes us loyal to Loop is their account management and IT teams. Whenever we have a question, are experiencing something out of the norm, or need assistance implementing a new feature; Rachel (our account manager) and her team are immediate to take care of us and do it completely and efficiently.
