We've been using Loop Returns for a couple years now. Here at Kizik, it's not about the retained revenue we get from Loop, It's about the retained customers. We know if we can get our customers into their correct shoe size they will love our product and will become lifelong customers. Loop helps us create a positive experience for all our customers, even those who need a couple tries to get the correct shoe.

Loop has been a great partner to work with. They've provided a great self-service tool for our customers while providing us with the customization options we need.

Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.

Loop is absolutely amazing the best App and our Company Troy Lee Designs are stoked to have the complete Loop system in place. Everything from the start up Implementation and day to day systems and any issues are totally covered. Nothing is to much trouble and they are there to help super fast.. Our Merchant Success Manager Ash Cunha is the best. Troy Lee Designs recommends Loop 100%.

We use Loop to handle all of our Returns and it has been incredibly helpful to have an automated, simple to use and insightful platform to process returns and exchanges and give us in depth data to help drive product enhancements and changes

Loop has helped make returns processing fairly seamless for our customer service team. Our account manager is responsive and helps keep us up to date on the Loop product roadmap and new features that may be of interest.

We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary.

Our rep, Ben, is helpful, responsive, and hands-on where assistance or help is needed. Any time we've reached out to their support team, they are friendly and provide updates and resolutions where necessary.

Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

We love LOOP. Their support system is A+, wonderful team to communicate with. They are able to handle returns for our multiple different warehouses with no issue, and have simplified our return process fully.

Loop has been a great business to work with! Our MSM Laura is very responsive and meets with our team frequently to go over new features and answer any questions.

The app integrates seamlessly in Shopify and leaves timeline notes for our team to get a full picture of the exchange // return scenario. 5/5 for sure
