Our customers love Loop, and we do too. A great user interface for admins and customers and abundant customization of returns and exchanges are why we chose the software in the first place. It's easily the best returns software in e-commerce.

We've been using Loop for quite some time now, and it has completely changed our return/exchange game. New features are continually being introduced, and our account success manager is a gem! Overall, we've had a very positive and smooth experience with Loop. Would highly recommend!

Save your time and money and get anything else. The experience quickly went downhill once they sign you up. Customer service disappears and you're stuck with a 12 month contract for something that doesn't fully function as promised and no one to help you!

Have been using this app for the last year to help manage our overall returns function for a fashion apparel business. The functionality is designed to reduce cash refunds and drive higher retention metrics with more variant exchanges, upsells, bonus credit offers for exchanging and failing these options, and store credits (with a bonus attached). The platform provides an easy-to-use seamless interface for the customer while increasing retained revenue to reduce the overall financial impact on our business. The Best Returns & Exchange App available today and we're so glad we made the decision to partner with Loop! We needed a full service portal, for all returns, exchanges, etc., and Loop is able to do it all and it's automated. Our customers compliment us all the time and the calls and emails from customers, regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., have stopped. It takes some set up effort, as with any new app, but once setup and running, it will completely transform your experience and the customers experience with returns and exchanges! I highly recommend Loop Returns & Exchanges!!!

They did not help with our onboarding process. The system does make it easier for customers to submit for returns, but if you're needing exchanges across different prices/products that cost extra. It caused more headache with our backend systems than it solved problems.

Loop was so easy to set up, and it has been super easy for our customers to make returns and also for our team to manage. I would highly reccommend!

Really impressed with the returns solution by Loop, we've automated our returns system that took a huge workload off our CS teams but also if there are any issues they are super responsive with a solution. Plus they have integrations with many companies to help you in further areas.
