Application is great so far! While I did think the self-guided onboarding was neat I think they could have been more high-touch at first with some check-ins. I was able to figure it out but could have been supported more. Onboarding manager was great, I just think the company needs to take a look at the onboarding process and maybe give the customer an option if they want self guided, self-guided low touch, or need more support high touch.

We just are onboarding Loop and so far so good!
Everything from our first meeting with our rep, Johnny, who really explained Loop in the most engaging way, to the initial phases have been exactly what we wanted. Effortless, simple and accessible!
This company is very difficult to deal with, don't expect to have this app up and running quickly. I started the process with them and after 7 days I couldn't even get a straight answer on pricing from them let alone the app up and running. they wouldn't let me just select the $29 plan as advertised on the app page and get up and running.
Once you "install" the app, you can't even try it. Instead, they force you to do a Zoom call and the link to book a call didn't even work.
Pricing is not transparent at all, they have a subscription fee and a cost per return.
The usage fees aren't displayed on their website or mentioned on the Shopify app store page.
They only integrate with Shopify, so you won't be able to use Loop if you have any plans to change your e-commerce platform.
They only do 12-month minimum contracts.

Too many red flags for me.
I'm shocked Shopify would even approve this app.

They tried to book a demo instead of just letting me download the most basic plan. I didn't get that far (deleted the app right away), but other people are saying they'll try to make you sign up for a 12 month contract. Either way, my review is here because that's really misleading bait and switch marketing if the contract is not advertised up front.
