Terrible customer service and support. After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments. There is literally no support or settings for cancelling your subscription.

We always feel supported by their staff and their platform. Loop's customer support is always so quick to respond and help with any questions or issues we may have.
I was having trouble accessing the Loop dashboard, but Ninthuga Gunasingham, Merchant Support Specialist, was able to coordinate with the IT team and resolve the issue promptly.

Its been a week so far, I've paid and been charged, the platform is still not live, and my requests for help seem to have gone unnoticed, meanwhile returns are building up.
