I concur with the observations pertaining to the set-up process, which currently involves a significant degree of manual effort and encompasses steps that may not be directly applicable to your particular store, thus potentially leading to time inefficiencies. Nevertheless, I must commend our onboarding specialist, Jess, for displaying exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness in addressing the numerous enquiries I raised throughout the onboarding phase. Notably, Jess readily accommodated my requests for assistance, going so far as to extend her availability by staying beyond regular working hours to conduct a video call, considering the geographical distance between our respective locations (Australia and the USA). While our launch of LOOP is still pending, initial assessments indicate that it holds the potential to enhance our customers' user experience and presents a straightforward interface for their utilisation.

Loop has been an amazing efficiency for our business! Processing each return manually with customers via email was not only time consuming, but also not the best overall experience for our shoppers. Loop has given us a customer-facing platform that is professional and user-friendly, and has giving our team a lot of valuable time back! Their communication is quick and helpful as well. Loop has provided a significant upgrade to our customers' return+exchange experience. Their ability to process multiple types of returns+exchanges coupled with their excellent onboarding and account management teams have made the transition from our old provider that much smoother.

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!
We are a small business that is growing fast. We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus in order to have access to cleaner and more effective e-commerce tools and the ability to more easily scale. Loop was one of the major influencers in our decision to switch. I am not a web developer but I do all of the web backend work myself. Of all the apps that I have used so far in Shopify (and probably including Shopify itself), I think that Loop offered the most comprehensive and easy-to-follow onboarding documentation. I reached out to Loop support a couple times when I got stuck or needed clarity on something and every time their support was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient (even when I was probably coming across as crabby - my own fault for trying to do too many things at once!). I was able to get Loop configured and running for the most part in just a few hours with a few tweaks here and there as the rest of the site started coming together over the next week or so. My assistant who helps with processing returns and exchanges is over the moon about how easy it is to use Loop too. We are definitely fans. Thank you for a great product and great service!

When it comes to features, ease of integration, app compatibility, and upsell opportunity, Loop is a superior option. They're often adding new features which is great. One feature I'd suggest for them to improve though is a live chat or better technical support. Most recently, we did have excellent support from Wendy, the Merchant Success Manager, however the majority of my experience with Loop post onboarding has been through a ticketing system that sends self help links with limited information for us to navigate with confidence so I hope more enhancements are added in that area.
Our team had trauma from Returnly and Loop was the solution to what we were looking for.
- Onboarding was smooth and easy, Returnly was complicated and took so long!
- Reporting is easy, Returnly was complicated and we were always missing reports.
- We were able to implement the exchange feature and gain more sales
Overall, we're very happy with Loop and the customer service they provided.

I am super impressed with Loop. It functions and looks better than anything I could have DIY'ed. Loop is user-friendly, with a clear interface, excellent tutorials, and an approachable team. I was not anticipating the amount of "homework" I had to do but it wasn't so bad because there was a handy to-do list. I recommend Loop to anyone looking to improve their Returns & Exchanges process.

DO NOT USE THEM! We were with them for two years. They lock you into a year contract. You have to estimate how many returns and exchanges you'll have during the year. If you exceed your limit, you have to pay them $3 per return / exchange you go over. If your company grows, so will your returns, which means Loop will cost you more money. They're a bad option for both small and large companies.
After the first year, they were going to charge us around $13,000 unless we renewed our contract with them. We had to pay them around $9,500 at the end of our second year contract for going over because we grew faster than expected.
Competitors are getting better and they're way cheaper. Plus most competitors don't lock you into annual contracts. It is well worth the time doing some demos with other companies and accessing their overall value. Unless Loop adjusts their contractual and pricing structure, I don't see how they can be competitive.
Also, when there were glitches in their software, their customer support was awful. My advice is save your money and shop around because there are definitely better options.
