Loop Returns & Exchanges

We had to integrate our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Loop, and the support team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their response time was impressively quick, often under an hour, and they provided clear guidelines. Additionally, they conducted a thorough audit of our settings to ensure everything was configured correctly. I truly appreciate their dedication and the smooth support they provided during this critical time.

Working with Loop has been one of the most seamless experiences. They have the most innovative and advanced return portal for our customers, and the ever-changing demands and requests of returns.
