Loop Returns & Exchanges

Received excellent customer service from Rece! I reached out on NYE expecting someone to get back with me in a few days, and was surprised when I got a response back right away! Rece was so helpful and had already taken the necessary steps needed! By the time I saw the response the issue was resolved and there were only a few things I needed to do on my end to finalize things. Needless to say it was an amazing support experience.

Loop's system is great, but it's the people that make the experience phenomenal. Almost every email I send is always due to me not understanding something and within minutes I get a response. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful, thank you for the service that you provide!

LOOP is an excellent tool for our company to manage returns and exchanges. While the features are impressive, what really stands out to me is their customer support. Loop helps us to provide an automated process for our customers to process returns, exchanges and warranties, without waiting for reps to be live. I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products. We are also always assisted by our Loop rep when needed.

I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.
