Received excellent customer service from Rece! I reached out on NYE expecting someone to get back with me in a few days, and was surprised when I got a response back right away! Rece was so helpful and had already taken the necessary steps needed! By the time I saw the response the issue was resolved and there were only a few things I needed to do on my end to finalize things. Needless to say it was an amazing support experience.

Loop helps us to provide an automated process for our customers to process returns, exchanges and warranties, without waiting for reps to be live. I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products.
