Loop Subscriptions

Subscriptions by Loop is an amazing app! They have helped me with my individual concerns regarding subscription-

I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. Thank you so much to the Loop team, I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to start subscriptions or bundles.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.

Rakshit and his colleague have been an absolute joy to work with. They made it easy to install the app, supported step by step along the way and still available if any questions come up. They are very attentive to their customers and keen to enhance the features around the customers requirement. I don't know why anyone would say anything bad about them as those two are super helpful and taking their time to listen! And the service is A+ - something rare to find in this ocean of apps. I have only used the free version for a day and the customer support is just one of the best I've seen. they are super helpful and organised (they set up video chats with you and provide google meet links and everything). :)

We changed from Recharge to Loop in Nov 2022 as Recharge didn't have all the features we needed and we found Recharge's support slow and at times very average. In contrast, the guys from Loop have been fantastic during the migration and whenever we encountered a problem they'd fix it overnight and were always available via phone or video conference which made the migration very smooth. I thought that once migrated the support would maybe drop and get worse, but this has not been the case. In January 2023 we overhauled our website and wanted to add a fairly customised bundle feature and again, Loop has offered exceptional customer service during this process. Our web development agency had the same feedback regarding Loop and was very impressed with the help of Loop (thanks Lesle, Vivek, and Piyush!) and they were dealing with Recharge at the same time for another client so had a straight comparison. Apart from the exceptional service, Loop offers better reporting, a better dashboard, and just better features at a better cost. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good app (partner) to drive subscriptions.
