took me a while to set it up and learn the app. looks pretty advanced with all the options you can choose, rewards, cancel flows, widget design, email customization etc. they have pretty good AI that answers questions fast and also real human support that are always helpful. so far im pleased.

The customer support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire integration, especially with moving all of our existing subscribers over from our previous subscription platform. They made what could have been a complicated process feel very straightforward.

We had a great experience working with Adi to get set up on Loop. Our previous subscription platform migration process was a nightmare, so we were definitely anxious about having to go through that process again.
