In a word, Loop is fantastic! Compared to other subscription apps, Loop is modern, painless and very forward-thinking. Doing things that should have been no-brainers, like updating shipping costs and product prices, turned into a horrible, labor intensive, error-prone process in our previous subscription app, (one of the big 2). That forced us to find a better solution. Loop is light-years ahead of those other apps. Loop not only made our current problems disappear but they helped migrate all of our customers in a way that the customers didn't know we had switched services! Loop's attention to our migration could only be called "white glove". Their service was outstanding. Now that we aren't losing money anymore, due to the problems caused by the other subscription app, we can turn our attention to the additional features Loop offers for increasing sales, bundling products and integrating with our mail service for automatic offers based on current subscriptions. Instead of just handling a problem, which it does very well, Loop is like a tiny marketing machine. It's a subscription service app that is actually trying to help you with sales. We love it!

We migrated from Recharge to Loop in November 2022 as we had a few challenges with the UX and back-end from Recharge. Loop has been really good when migrating all the existing subscriptions from Recharge and setting up Loop on our website. For me the key differentiator is the service we got from Loop, we could call Loop frequently and would be dealing with the same guy (Abel Leslie) who was great. What I also really like is Loop's dashboard, the selling plan (allowing to give a higher discount on the first order and then a lower on subsequent orders), as well as the customer portal, everything is a lot more intuitive and very easy to navigate. I can highly recommend Loop and would absolutely do it again.

We were using the Recharge subscription app for over a year and after I found Lopp Subscriptions. I gave a chance to Loop and the app is much better than Recharge. The support is very friendly and always here to help on the same day. The Customer Portal is very good with many options.

Really happy with the app so far! SO much better than what we were using previously (Timo). The Loop team has been stellar with their communication and help in migrating our existing subscriptions and getting set up on their app. Would highly recommend to anyone!
