So far, I am loving Loop for my new subscription box and subscribe and save products! In the past, I've used Recharge for subscription products, but setting up the Loop integration is much more user-friendly. I also love that it's a seamless checkout process for my customer through Shopify payments. I had some technical difficulties with the widget when it was first installed, but I contacted the Loop support team and they fixed it quickly!

The best subscription app and unmatched excellent customer service. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. From the first day of downloading Loop, the customer support has been excellent. Despite having a few issues within the first couple days, Loop always replied fast and solved the issues.
