The app is working exactly as intended, and i just had a request to solve an issue that quickly was dealt with. The team has been working constantly to solve it as quickly as they could. Really appreciated the effort!

I was hesitant to use the Loop App after reading a few reviewers complaining about their poor (or non-existent) service for the free plan, but after another app called "Joy" did not live up to my expectations - it failed during installation steps, I decided to give the LOOP a try. I am so glad I did and I am on the free plan and have received fantastic service from Varun, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even disabled another widget that I did not know was in my template. The Loop Widget looks so cool and so happy with the way it looks. I don't know how much I appreciate your help, Varun. Great support. Honestly, really really helpful

I went through the onboarding process with Loop, and I cannot say enough good things about their team and services. Sharath and Lesle were top notch in their guidance, and the app itself is extremely sleek and user friendly. While ultimately my business did not end up needing this app, It's not easy to get real human services this good anymore. If you were on the fence about the app, I wouldn't hesitate! The customer service alone makes it worth the jump.
