Loop Subscriptions

Stoked with the Loop app. It has all that I needed, no more, no less. It is simple to navigate, looks good in the product field and the dashboard does what it should. Initially I couldn't see the subscription option on the live product page. I scheduled a call to chat with support, and right on time Rakshit was there on the chat and we got everything sorted. We quickly determined it was an issue with my Konversion theme - it needed an extra little bit of coding (many of my apps have needed this step with this theme. Rakshit took the wheel and in a few moments it was sorted, then we had a yarn about additional features and ways I can incorporate it into other products. I am very happy with Loop and the customer service was brilliant. You can be confident that they are smart and they care!

This is an overall great program that continues to improve weekly. Piyush and Vivek are incredibly helpful and have spent lots of time customizing Loop Subscriptions to meet our needs. Their customer support may be the best in the industry. The subscription software itself has helped us automate our subscriptions which was turning into an arduous, daily task. I highly recommend it. If you EVER look for a subscription service/app or if you want to migrate from another subscription service, stop looking right now!! Loop has not only helped us to seamlessly migrate from a subscription big player (worst experience ever) to their platform; they also spent hours and hours to support that migration and made sure everything went well without any issues at all. Response times were usually under a minute and they even built full integrations for other services on our request within one week. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!

Moved from Recharge for more functionality and wasn't disappointed. The migration process was seamless, highly recommend.

We wanted to add a subscription option on our site that did not cost a fortune like some other apps we considered. The Loop was the perfect fit for our needs. Plus, when our custom code didn't allow for an automated install, the loop team actually reached out to us to get it installed properly. They did all the heavy lifting and tested it to make sure it worked properly. They even pointed out an option fix to be added to our cart that they noticed. Highly recommend!

I used this app to help set up subscriptions on my site. I had several questions throughout the process, and they were great with answering them through the in-app chat. When I had a more complicated question about how the app works (because my set up is a little unusual) Piyush really went above and beyond. We scheduled a video call, and I was able to share my screen and he explained pretty much the entire app top to bottom to help me with the best setup for what I was trying to do.

Just signed up and the customer service was great! Helped us take the old subscription app off our website as it was embedded. Looks like this app will run pretty smooth. Excited to try it out!

Literally a game changer. We switched from Bold Recurring to Loop and it is a 100000% better. The switchover did take some time and we did see some hiccups in the process because we also were switching everyone to be billed on 1st of every month rather than every 30 days based on their signup date. Support was swift and helpful, we are now completely switched over. Reasons we switched: Being able to charge someone immediately for a subscription (no matter the day of the month) and then have them charged on the 1st every month after that, better UI experience for us managing accounts/subscribers, better UI for subscribers AND the cherry on top that we didn't know - Loop will actually create an order for the product each month so shipping and everything is already filled out. Like I said, game changer.
