Loop Subscriptions

Vivek and Abel were super helpful with our migration from Bold to Loop. I researched 7 other subscription apps and decided to settle on Loop because of their experience with Bold and all the great self-service features it had. They were way more professional and quick than Bold customer service and I am excited to see how easy our lives become with our subscriptions due to this app!

We decided to move to Loop from Recharge and it was a seamless experience! The team is online and available throughout the day, and extremely fast and thorough in all their responses. 10/10 recommend making the switch!!

Loop is the only subscription app that we use on our sites. We have tried most of the other popular options and were disappointed by the lack of features, support, and the cost. The support team is awesome!

They fixed custom CSS in my Shopify store free of charge to make sure that the Manage Subscription page looked proper. My default theme was cutting off the top of the Manage Subscription page, and it was beyond my skill level to fix! Truly appreciate it. You can stop looking for subscription apps, I have looked for them all already, and chose Loop. It's the best choice. Looks cleaner than Yotpo too. Abel Lesle is a great customer service rep!

I'm so glad we switched to Loop from Bold subscription. Loop completely understands what it means to run a subscription service and provides it perfectly. Much better customer experience with the easy-to-understand customer portal design and it even made us possible to have a strategy that works. We have been working Lesle, Vivik and the rest of their team! These guys are awesome! They work fast, gives us a comprehensive list of actions to launch the subscription in the store seamlessly. Their support team is also great as they immediately jump into a call whenever we need urgent help. I am recommending them if you want to jump start your subscription features.

I'm using the free plan and had some trouble getting the widget settings to do what it said it would do. Customer service was quick to help me fix the problem, and now my product page looks just as I want it to!

In a word, Loop is fantastic! Compared to other subscription apps, Loop is modern, painless and very forward-thinking. Doing things that should have been no-brainers, like updating shipping costs and product prices, turned into a horrible, labor intensive, error-prone process in our previous subscription app, (one of the big 2). That forced us to find a better solution. Loop is light-years ahead of those other apps. Loop not only made our current problems disappear but they helped migrate all of our customers in a way that the customers didn't know we had switched services! Loop's attention to our migration could only be called "white glove". Their service was outstanding. Now that we aren't losing money anymore, due to the problems caused by the other subscription app, we can turn our attention to the additional features Loop offers for increasing sales, bundling products and integrating with our mail service for automatic offers based on current subscriptions. Instead of just handling a problem, which it does very well, Loop is like a tiny marketing machine. It's a subscription service app that is actually trying to help you with sales. We love it!
