Loop is a well thought out, fully featured subscription app that's backed by a world class team. Shout out to Atul for always being on top of any questions, issues, or feature requests that we need.

Solid app. Only using it for the build-a-box feature, so I can't speak to the "regular" subscription features. But I looked at most of the available subscription apps that offer build-a-box features standard, and this one works for me so far.

More importantly, they have have been super-responsive from a support stand point. Fixing bugs I find during testing, adding small features, etc.

And for the price, it's a solid choice.

Loop was amazing with helping me migrate from a different subscription app! We were considering other apps as well but Sri at Loop helped me know that Loop is the place for me and my business! A big feature I wanted was a Dunning Flow and it comes stock in Loop! THAT IS AMAZING! We are just getting started and the experience and service has been unmatched!

The product was not worth the price and the customer service was unsatisfactory. I experienced an issue and was advised to fix it on my own without much assistance or support from the customer service team. The app is also overpriced.

This app is very easy to use, many subscription details were thought of in advance. Widget and customer portal customization and subscription service management are top notch. However that's not the greatest advantage of this app. Loop team and the way they support you is just amazing. Really happy to pick Loop from the list of subscription apps.

We have had a great experience with Loop. We had a specific use case and they were very helpful in working with us. Their system is quite flexible and the team has always been responsive. The portal looks great out of the box and their roadmap includes some great features we're looking to implement.

Set up was straightforward and their support guided me through the small issue I had promptly. Can't recommend enough!

We changed from Recharge to Loop in Nov 2022 as Recharge didn't have all the features we needed and we found Recharge's support slow and at times very average. In contrast, the guys from Loop have been fantastic during the migration and whenever we encountered a problem they'd fix it overnight and were always available via phone or video conference which made the migration very smooth. I thought that once migrated the support would maybe drop and get worse, but this has not been the case. In January 2023 we overhauled our website and wanted to add a fairly customised bundle feature and again, Loop has offered exceptional customer service during this process. Our web development agency had the same feedback regarding Loop and was very impressed with the help of Loop (thanks Lesle, Vivek, and Piyush!) and they were dealing with Recharge at the same time for another client so had a straight comparison. Apart from the exceptional service, Loop offers better reporting, a better dashboard, and just better features at a better cost. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good app (partner) to drive subscriptions.

Very useful tool. The team from Loop are fast and efficient in support and on boarding. Here you receive personal and solution-oriented support from day 1. I have even experienced that custom functions have been implemented based on my request. Great recommendation from here.

Very helpful customer support, easy to set up different selling plans, would be great to have some additional features like when a customer has different frequencies that overlap, it is lumped as one order rather than two separate orders

We wanted to add a subscription option on our site that did not cost a fortune like some other apps we considered. The Loop was the perfect fit for our needs. Plus, when our custom code didn't allow for an automated install, the loop team actually reached out to us to get it installed properly. They did all the heavy lifting and tested it to make sure it worked properly. They even pointed out an option fix to be added to our cart that they noticed. Highly recommend!

Uncommonly fabulous customer service! I really appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment for a live chat with Loop's help desk. Setting up my subscription boxes was quick and painless even with all the different options I requested. Loop had already thought of everything.

Customer service it AMAZING! Super quick responses and they really try to help you. I tried multiple subscription apps and wasted countless hours for our designer inspired fragrance company Kio Fragrance and they had the absolute best features & Look. The customer portal is very easy to navigate and attractive and so is the Shopify app. Very easy to use. I love the app. Absolutely recommend.

A great thing about this app is, that I can edit the code and manipulate everything how I want. So I can adapt it to my webshop seamless. Everything loads fast, only support is faster and helps in great detail.

I used this app to help set up subscriptions on my site. I had several questions throughout the process, and they were great with answering them through the in-app chat. When I had a more complicated question about how the app works (because my set up is a little unusual) Piyush really went above and beyond. We scheduled a video call, and I was able to share my screen and he explained pretty much the entire app top to bottom to help me with the best setup for what I was trying to do.

For the price, it's amazing. The support is almost instantaneous. I was responded to via their texting support in about a minute
